I love to photograph moving water, especially when using the photographic technique called long exposure. Long Exposure Photography – The Best Settings for Moving Water: To create movement in the water you'll need to slow down your shutter speed. To do this easily, flick over to Aperture Priority mode, simply drop your ISO down really low, increase your aperture to f/22 or the highest your camera will allow.
