This page is dedicated to the Cache la Poudre River in Colorado. Video clips are from my first rafting trip 2008 Memorial Day Weekend. Rafting the Poudre is totally different experience then rafting the Colorado out at Westwater, Utah. First and foremost YOU are paddling in the raft. Unlike the Westwater rafting were you sit and hold on as someone else oars through the rapids. This makes the Poudre more challenging for a photographer/videographer. I made a field expedient set up on my helmet ( Duck tape and 550 cord) to "attach" the camera.  These are the "first goes" at video while at the same time you are paddling. I was very fortunate that David our rafting guide/skipper allowed me to "develop this creative process". I look forward to more trips this 2008 season and in the future.
Below are NEW video clips and images from the May 2008 trip.
